Rental Application

 All applicants are required to complete the "Standard Rental Application" as part of the rental process and before their application can be submitted for evaluation.

Please complete our "Client Assessment" to receive a copy of the "Standard Rental Application" via email. 

If you're currently represented by a licensed real estate salesperson, please contact your agent for additional information and instructions on how to apply for any rental.

Step 1:

Complete the Client Assessment Form.  Please provide accurate information.  Once completed, you will receive an email with the Standard Rental Application form.

Step 2:

Download, Print and Complete the Standard Rental Application (PDF) that was emailed to you after the completion of Client Assessment.  Provide accurate information.

Please be aware that many homeowners can also require "Background Checks" as part of the Rental Application.   If the property that you are applying requires a background check, you will receive a text message and an email with the link to the National Tenant Network Report (NTN) web site.

Step 3: 

Return completed Rental Application including copies of the following documents:

  • Valid US govement issued ID.

  • Two or more of the following proof of income:
    • Tax Returns (Last Year)
    • Recent Paystubs (2 Months)
    • Bank Statements (3 Months)

  • Goverment Subsidy Recipients:  Please provide vourcher or sponsorship certificate that can show the exact sponsor amount and experation date of your vourcher.

Step 4:

  • Email completed Rental Application and all supporting documents to:

    Once we receive your application and all required documents, your completed package will be presented to the property owner or landlord for their evaluation, review and decision.

The  evaluation process may take a few days and therefore your patience is appreciated during this time.  Contact will be made as soon as a decision has been communicated or if additional information is required.
